Why aren't my workouts appearing on my Apple Watch?
If your workouts aren't showing up on your Apple Watch after sending them from Workout Builder, try the following:
- Make sure your Apple Watch and iPhone are completely up to date
- Check that your Apple Watch and iPhone are correctly paired and syncing properly
- Reboot both devices to clear any connection issues
- Try sending the workout to your watch again
- Check through the workouts listed on your watch again – most commonly the workouts are being transferred but they don’t appear where you expect.
Sometimes workouts appear in unexpected places on your watch. Look for them in the specific workout category
(like "Flexibility") rather than just the main workout list.
Why are my indoor workouts showing as outdoor on my Watch?
When creating your workout in Workout Builder:
- Delete the existing workout from your Watch
